🔹 1. Shipment Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking before the shipment is picked up by contacting our customer support at +91 89718 16077 or emailing support@garudaavegacouriers.com .

Once the shipment has been picked up, scanned, or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellations are subject to verification and approval by our operations team.

🔹 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

Shipment cancelled before pickup or dispatch.

Service failure caused by Garudaavega Couriers (e.g., shipment not processed, not picked up due to operational error).

Refunds are not applicable if:

Shipment is already in transit or delivered.

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipment rejected or held by customs/authorities.

Delay caused by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, strikes, or natural calamities.

🔹 3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card).

Customers will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund has been processed.

🔹 4. Service Modification or Rescheduling

If you wish to change the destination, shipment date, or recipient details after booking, please contact our support team immediately.

Additional charges may apply depending on the modification type and courier partner policies.

🔹 5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request has been wrongly denied, you can raise a formal query via email at support@garudaavegacouriers.com . Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working days with a resolution.
